DELIVERY
Order Despatch
Our website is directly linked to our stockroom so if we can't physically pick it up then it doesn't appear on our website. That means if you order it then you get! (barring unforeseen circumstances).
If you order before 12am (Monday to Friday) your order will usually be despatched the same day. Order after 2pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don't forget Bank Holidays aren't working days, even for us!)
Sometimes we do offer forward order items. This is usually for new designs/colours/sizes which we know will be popular so we make them available for pre-order. This enables you to see what is coming in soon and allows you to be one of the first to own them. We will do our most to highlight when products are due in and that they are not for immediate delivery.
Delivery Charges
We send all items (even tiny items) by Recorded delivery. This means we can track your parcel and requires a signature upon delivery. Orders usually arrive the following day or two but please allow up to 7 working days.
N.B:- if after a few days you have not received your item please check with your local post depot. Their calling card can go missing and they generally only keep goods for a week before being returned to us. You will need to pay for re-posting.

Express Delivery
We do offer an Express Service. If you are utterly desperate for your item to arrive super quick, then please add 'Special Delivery' to your order and we will send it via UK Special Delivery or courier at our discretion. Please note; this is only available to customers and will cost you an extra £3.99 on top of your other delivery charges.
All orders will be sent by registered post and someone will need to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt. If no-one's in, you'll receive a card letting you know where you can collect your items (normally the local sorting office or depot). There'll also be a phone number you can call to re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within a week, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted, you will be charged postage at cost. (Please note it can take up to 28 days for the package to be returned to us so it's a complete pain all-round if you're not in or you don't pick your stuff up within a week. So please keep an eye out ).
Also please be aware that calling cards can go missing. If after a few days you haven't received your item it could be worth checking with your local Post Office depot.
International Shipping
Please note, we DO NOT provide tracking numbers for International Orders. It costs an absolutely ridiculous amount of money to provide an adequate service so we don't. Please bear this in mind when you are placing an order, although to date we haven't had any problems with items not arriving so your order should be fine.
** IMPORTANT ** - As we do not provide a full tracking service for International Orders, please be aware that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders once they have left our warehouse. If your order is lost/damaged/stolen you will have to take this up with your postal service. We will help with any documents you may require but be aware that it is NOT our responsibility and we will NOT refund for any items lost/stolen in the post. Sorry if this sounds harsh, it's to cover ourselves :-)
Tracking Orders
If you wish to track any orders please email us and we can provide tracking details. Please do note that you are responsible for paying all customs or import duty charges if you're a non-EU customer.
