Terms and ConditionsReturns policy If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or full refund (less p&p costs). You are liable for all postage costs for returning and the posting out of replacement items. To make things easy we charge a fee relative to value of items for replacements: UK: £0-£29.99 : £3.50 Europe: £0-£70: £7.99 Rest of the World: £0-70 : £9.99 Refunds Items that have incurred free p&p will be refunded minus our initial p&p costs as above. We will only accept goods back in their original condition. Original tags (where appropriate) must still be attached and items should be in their original undamaged packaging. Please be careful when opening your goods. Please return all items to: My Amazing Shoes Please ensure you enclose your invoice, plus a note telling us what you would like to happen. Would you /like a refund/different size/colour. Before requesting a replacement, please check the website for availability before returning items. If you require a replacement size, please enclose the appropriate payment. This can be either cheque, postal order or cash (at your own risk). International Shipping As we do not provide a full tracking service for International Orders, please be aware that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders once they have left our warehouse. If your order is lost/damaged/stolen you will have to take this up with your postal service. We will help with any documents you may require but be aware that it is NOT our responsibility and we will NOT refund for any items lost/stolen in the post. There are only so many things you can influence. The Delivery page of our website gives you a guide to when your goods will be delivered. As part of the shipping process, an e-mail is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website. If this results in unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances, you can’t blame us. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. E-retail of Products and Services You can order products displayed on this website using the secure shopping cart provided. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be despatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will supply the remainder of your order and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and related shipping fee. Right to Cancel To protect you, our lovely customers, from the evil baddies involved in credit and debit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any order where the customer uses a credit or debit card issued by a card provider based in a country other than the customers delivery address. If the customer fails to provide the additional information we need to verify their identity and address within five days, or if you blatantly lie during the registration process then we’ll get really cross and sort you out proper. In all such cases we’ll refund the full amount paid in sterling. Misuse You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are human too, you know.
